I come to Newfangled as a seasoned writer with my own story. I grew up in Washington, DC, received my MFA in nonfiction writing from the University of Montana, and have worked in various industries including education and tech, with a brief stint driving an ice cream truck. My happy place is in the mountains or by the water, and when I’m not writing for you, I’m writing essays and screenplays or catching up on the latest buzzy drama series.
