Newfangled works with ad agencies, marketing firms, and in-house marketing departments to build conversion-focused websites for mid-sized businesses.

Whether the purpose of the site is to sell products, generate leads, or build awareness, we start by identifying the site's goals and then use them to guide our development process. After the site goes live, we continue our relationship with you by proactively measuring your site's goal-based performance and reporting back to you each month with results and recommendations.

We were founded by Eric Holter in 1995 and, in 2000, after five years' worth of learning lessons the hard way, we gathered our combined experience and created our Grayscreen Prototyping process and NewfangledCMS.

Newfangled South was born in 2003 when Mark moved from Providence, RI to Chapel Hill, NC. Over the past seven years, our NC office (now located down the road from Chapel Hill in Carrboro) has grown to become our headquarters. Jim, Steve Brock, and Justin still work from our Rhode Island office.
