Back aching? Eyes sore? Don't reach for that third can of Red Bull, take a break! Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) can take a toll on your creativity and general health. In addition to an ergonomic keyboard/chair/monitor arrangement, I use AntiRSI, a simple little program to remind me when to take a break. It's only for Mac OSX (that's too bad because most PC users are already stressed enough) and AntiRSI is simple enough not to be a resource hog but sophisticated enough to know when you've taken a natural break. |
