<![CDATA[Good article -- especially the point about visual organization being the most underrated aspect of design.  I still hear design firms propose testing content completely separate from visual design, or testing black-and-white wireframes with very little layout.  Good designers can make or break a design by the visual organization and elements, so those should always be included as early in customer testing as possible. ]]>
